You'll find Chef Evan every Tuesday at the Growers Market (always early, of course) in search of seasonal ingredients at peak freshness—because a Sysco truck doesn't deliver to 130 N. 5th St. Our proteins often come from a bit farther afield in the Pacific Northwest, but almost everything else on your plate is grown right here in the Rogue.

Because our kitchen is 100% ingredient-inspired, it is really local farmers, fishers, and foragers who determine what you see on our menus. Because of them, we are here.

With the dog days of summer here, we're shifting weekend reservations to start at 5:30, Thursday through Sunday. But if you find yourself in J'ville on a weekend afternoon, our culinary crew is in the kitchen prepping, and happy to pop out, pour you a flight, and pair it with a bite. Knock loudly!
 
 
Our kitchen is as experimental as it is seasonal — we love finding new ways to play with what's in season. Next week, we're debuting a summer menu built for elevated everyday eating: flatbread and bisque, garden salad and pasta, fresh fish and half chicken, aged beef and our signature burger.
