COWHORN
2021 SPIRAL
The 2021 Spiral brings together 39% Marsanne, 39% Roussanne, and 22% Viognier in a crisp, well-rounded white blend. Each variety contributes its own character, with no single grape taking the lead. The result is a wine of balance and lively freshness, bringing three distinctive varieties into a harmonious whole.

COWHORN
2017 SPIRAL
The 2017 Spiral, available exclusively at the kitchen and tasting room, does not hold back. Complex aromatics of dried sage, fennel, and dill anticipate a savory, mouthwatering experience. Surprisingly refreshing essences of lime and honeydew take lead on the palate, followed by deeper flavors of fresh pesto, green tea, and wet stone.

2023 RESERVE VIOGNIER
The 2023 Reserve Viognier encompasses the most elegant and timeless expression of this noble variety from our site, with a precise and alluring display of key lime citrus, white nectarine, honeydew melon, jasmine, shortbread and crushed sea shells. It is a wine poise and power, with impressive energy, depth and a seamless finish.

JOHAN
2022 CHARDONAY
The 2022 Chardonnay is a striking, acid-driven wine crafted from the wind-swept Van Duzer Corridor AVA. Expect bright citrus, green apple, and savory minerality, complemented by a lees-driven creamy texture, a distinct saline-like backbone, and a long, complex finish.

SLOW DUCK

Rendered Duck Breast
Grilled Brassicas,
Cherry Bomb Ponzu

JOHAN
2022 SAPIENCE
The 2022 Sapience Pinot Noir is pale ruby in the glass, with an intriguing mix of vanilla, peach, fresh pea, and cannabis aromas, touched by a subtle funk. Cranberry and sage lend a pleasantly bitter edge, balanced by aged apple peel acidity and a saline thread reminiscent of ocean air.

JOHAN
2023 ESTATE PINOT NOIR
The 2023 Estate Pinot Noir opens with aromas of cherry and red raspberry, accompanied by a hint of funk. Juicy cranberry, ripe red currant, and plum meet savory herbs and gentle earthy undertones on the palate. Lively acidity and sandy, stemmy tannins give the wine weight.

OREGON WAGYU

14 Oz Hardwood Grilled NY Strip
Southern Oregon Wagyu
XO Sauce, Miso Roasted Corn

COWHORN
2022 SENTIENCE
The 2022 Sentience is a special expression of the Syrah from our estate, exhibiting the variety’s unique ability to weave floral and mineral aromas into its dark-fruited identity. By selecting particularly pretty parcels of Syrah and cofermenting them with a small portion of Viognier, the emphasis shifts to aromas of lavender, sage and wet stone, with marionberry, tart cherry, vanilla bean, and iron, with textural depth, fine-cut lines, and a tremendously persistent length.

COWHORN
2022 RESERVE SYRAH
This 2022 Reserve Syrah exhibits both characteristics of weight and levity. Ebullient dark fruited notes of black plum, tart cherry, and marionberry, with wild summer flowers and grasses, are accompanied by threads of cacao, oyster mushroom, and the metallic hint of rare steak off the grill. The mouth is a noble sort of structure: focused, determined, and complete, with thoughtful layers of delightful tannins and acid.
